My wife and I took her laptop to the Microsoft Store in Orlando Fl earlier this week. The employees were extremely helpful and explain in detail the entire process. Depending on your issue they might need to keep your machine 24-48 hours for a full diagnostic work up. We decided to purchase a Dell 2 in 1, tablet/computer. They transferred all our files, setup up Outlook etc and had us up and running in an hour. Highly recommend!
