It saddens me to know that I’ll never get to talk to or see my good friend Gerald Sutton again. I met Gerald for the first time in 1999 at our 3rd USAF Annual Aircrew Life Support Reunion and was immediately impressed with his friendliness. All the retirees liked Gerald and will be sad to learn that he is gone… When his health started to fail and he could no longer attend our reunions, he would call and tell me to make sure that I pass on his disappointment about not being able to attend. Now I won’t even get that call anymore and I’m sure going to miss it.
